SYNOPSIS

Search Solutions is the BCS Information Retrieval Specialist Group’s annual event focused on practitioner issues in the arena of search and information retrieval.

We bring together practitioners, researchers, analysts and end users to discuss the latest developments in the information retrieval (IR) community and to share insights between research and practice.

It is a unique opportunity to bring together academic research and practitioner experience.

The Search Solutions event consists of a Tutorial day and a Conference day, each of which has a separate registration.

Location

Both the Tutorials and the Conference take place at the BCS, Ground Floor, 25 Copthall Avenue EC2R 7BP. This is a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station (Elizabeth Line and London Underground) and a 20 minute walk from London Bridge Station.

TICKET COSTS:

(Prices stated are inclusive of VAT and fees)

BCS members: £92.00

Non-members: £110.00

Students: £80.00

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

A refund, excluding fees, will be issued if a cancellation request is received within 14 days of the booking date or by noon on Tuesday, 19 March 2024, otherwise, name substitutions will be allowed after this date.
